Security and accessibility information for the Ubisoft Experience

問題:

What should I know about security and accessibility for this event?

回答:

Security

All attendees are requested to bring an identification document (driver’s licence, national ID card or passport) as proof of age.

Attendees agree to comply with security and safety requirements and directions at the event. Prior to entry to the event, you may be subject to specific security and safety requirements including but not limited to bag checking and metal detector tests.

You are allowed to bring in your own food and beverage but there will also be services throughout the venue should you choose to use them.

Cosplayers are more than welcome. Nevertheless, strict rules apply to the use of fake weapons
All cosplay weapons must be inspected by the security teams prior to entering the event.
Any weapon which does not meet our security criteria will not be allowed inside the event space.

The following items are forbidden:

Real firearms or any object that can fire projectiles
Realistic replica firearms made of metal/solid resin/plastic/rubber
Metal spears, swords or knifes
Any prop sharp enough to pierce
Blunt objects such as bats or hammers
Flammable or explosive objects
Firearms without a visible safety tip

Ubisoft reserves the right to not let inside the event premises a prop even if it meets the conditions above.
All approved props must be tagged with a zip tie, which must not be removed at any time during your stay at Ubisoft Experience.

Please always respect your fellow attendees and never threaten any of them with a fake weapon, even if it just as a joke.

Accessibility

All our venues are disabled accessible. If you need assistance during your visit, please contact our staff.
