To synchronise your Ghost Recon Wildlands HQ app and your Ghost Recon Wildlands game, you need to be connected to Ubisoft Club and ensure you are using the same Wi-Fi connection as your console or PC to access some of the features of the application.

Here is the process to synchronise the HQ app with Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.-

1. Boot your platform and launch Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.
2. Make sure you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
3. Activate Wi-Fi on your mobile and launch Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands HQ. Ensure that your PC/Console and your phone are connected to the same network.
4. Press the Synchronisation icon.

If you’re experiencing issues connecting online with Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands HQ, and if you are using a Wi-Fi connection, please ensure that the following ports are open on your router:
 
UDP – 6000 (Incoming and Outgoing)
UDP – 7000 (Incoming and Outgoing)


There is no need to synchronise to access the Guerilla game, the CIA files and the news.

You will be able to synchronise to Ubisoft Club by entering one of the following login details:
 
 - Ubisoft Club login
 - Facebook login*
 - PSN login*
 - Xbox Live login*
 
*Please note, your Facebook, PSN or Xbox Live account will need to be linked to your Ubisoft Account before they can be used to login and synchronise to your account. For more information please see our article.
