Managing your UPLAY+ subscription

How can I manage my UPLAY+ membership?

回答:


You can access all your subscription details from the Uplay application subscription panel and the Ubisoft Store.

To access your My Subscription page through the Ubisoft Store, please follow the steps below:
- Head to the Ubisoft Store.
- Connect yourself with your Ubisoft credentials by clicking on the avatar icon located on the top right of the page.
- Once logged in, click on this avatar icon again and select My Subscription.

On this page, you can edit your payment method, billing address and billing details. If you are looking for your invoice, it will be available after clicking on View billing details.
Please note that you won't be able to remove your payment method until the billing period is expired. 

On the same page, you can also renew or cancel your subscription.

Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing your UPLAY+ subscription.
