问题:

I cannot find my bonus content in-game, what can I do?

回答:


If you redeemed bonus content such as Season PassDeluxe Pack, Hours of Darkness, or pre-order bonus but the game seems to be missing the corresponding items, there are a few things you can do to investigate and fix the situation: 

1. Please double check if you have finished the mission The Resistance; some pieces of content become available only once this mission is completed. To check completed missions, open the game menu and navigate to the tab Journal.

2. Please make sure you redeemed your content successfully. Double check if you entered your codes in the right place: 
 
3. If the items are missing in-game, please check if you may need to download and install them manually.
 
The process depends on whether you are on PC (Uplay and Steam)PS4 or Xbox One

Once an item is unlocked in-game, you will receive a notification like this:
