If you experience lag, disconnections or other problems regarding the game's connectivity, there are a few steps you can try. We will list them in this FAQ, starting with the most basic ones. We recommend that you follow them in the order they are listed below.

Please be aware that you will need port information for step 3. These are the ports you need for Star Trek Bridge Crew

Uplay PC:
TCP: 443, 14000

Game Ports: 
UDP: 5055, 5056, 5058

Here is the list of steps you can try: 

1. Reset network hardware
2. Software conflicts
3. Port forwarding
4. Hosts file
5. Flush DNS
6. External restrictions
