If you have a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 sound card (or another 5.1 capable sound card) and do not have 5.1 surround sound speakers setup, you may have to adjust the sound settings for the card in Windows correctly. In order to resolve this issue, please use the steps below:
1. Go into the Control Panel (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel)
2. Select Sounds and Audio Devices
3. Click on the Audio Tab -> Advanced under Sound Playback.
4. In the drop down list for the speaker setup, select the speaker configuration that best matches your setup and apply the settings.
If you are unsure of your current speaker configuration, then please use Desktop Speakers.
