This error usually occurs when you are attempting to login to the Conflux with an older version of the game.

To resolve this problem you will want to exit the game then start the game again. If you are prompted to download and install a game update you should do so. 

You will need to continue to exit and restart the game until you are no longer prompted to download and install game updates. Once updated to the latest version of the game, you should be able to connect to the Conflux successfully.
