To recover your GrowID:
• Enter the email address you used when creating your GrowID.
• Click Submit.
• An email containing your GrowID will be sent to the address you entered.
To recover your password:
• Enter your GrowID and the email address you used when creating your GrowID.
• Click Submit.
• An email containing a reset password link will be sent to the address you entered.
In such cases, we recommend creating a new GrowID using your new email and moving your items to that account.
To help us with the transfers, please contact us, providing as many receipts of older purchases you have made on your previous account.
