Hope you brought your charger!

All of my progress is gone and I don't know why!
Oh no!! Something that often works is:
  1. Turning Wi-Fi settings to off
  2. Turning off your device
  3. Turn on your device
  4. Load up Hungry Shark World.
Then try this exact method with your wi-fi settings turned on. Does that load up different save states?
If nothing is working, please contact the support team via support option in the game, or create a ticket by signing into your Ubisoft account at support.ubi.com and raising a ticket by going to my cases and we’ll see what we can do!

Why isn’t my device compatible?
As you can imagine there are literally thousands of devices in the world. We are doing our best to make our apps playable on as many of them as we can. However as each device operates differently it isn’t possible for us to support them all. Please be patient, but also understand that we cannot guarantee if you’ll ever be able to play them on the device that you currently own.

Why can’t I find any Super shoals in my game but my friend has seen lots of them?
Unfortunately, certain content such as the Super shoals as well as some general visual enhancements haven't been applied to low/medium-end devices. This is due to memory limitations and the fact that certain devices aren't powerful enough to support the extra features.
We always work towards making the game available for lower spec devices but cannot always guarantee results. However we still suggest you to update regularly to ensure performance and stability of the game.

How do I use Cloud Save on IOS?
  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the game.
  3. On the first screen (the one with the "PLAY" button) tap the cog in the top left corner of the screen. This will bring up the OPTIONS screen. Now select the SAVE tab and then tap the CLOUD SAVE switch.
  4. You will then be asked to tie Hungry Shark World to your Facebook Account.
  5. Once you have linked Hungry Shark World to your Facebook account cloud save will be activated.
  6. If Cloud Save has been successfully activated a cloud with a green tick will appear on the top left of the first screen.
How do I use Cloud Save on Android?
  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the game.

Can I transfer my data between different devices?
If your new and old devices are both on the same Operating System (O.S.) you can use Cloud Saving to transfer data. Operating Systems include Apple-iOS, Android-Google Play, Windows, or Amazon-Android.

You cannot transfer your data across different operating systems but you can from the same OS devices e.g iPhone 6 <-> iPad Air.

I uninstalled without cloud saving, can I recover my data?
Unfortunately, if you uninstall the game this will also inadvertently reset all progress made within it (this also includes in-app purchases).
For future reference, you can enable cloud saving on your game via the cog icon at the start of the game.

How do I get a refund on Android?
With us, woohoo! Please contact our support team, and send us the details of:
  • The Gmail email address used to make purchases OR the receipt ID number of the purchase made.
  • The reason for your need for a refund.
Without these two pieces of information, no refund will be given.
Refunds are given on a one time only basis, we reserve the right to refuse if the request is unreasonable or unlawful.
Refunds cannot be given if over their expiration.

How do I get a refund on Apple?
Sorry! We have no control over refunds on Apple devices. :( To get a refund from Apple, follow the next steps:
  1. Launch iTunes on either your Mac or PC.
  2. Click on the iTunes Store button if you aren't already in it.
  3. Now click on your email address and enter your password. If you aren't signed in at all, you'll see a general sign in option.
  4. Once you've signed into your account, click on See All under the Purchase History section.
  5. Here you'll see lists of different iTunes invoices. Find the invoice that contains the item in question and click on it.
  6. Click on the button labelled Report a Problem.
  7. Next you'll be taken to another screen that shows the same batch of apps in that invoice. Click on the Report a Problem option next to the specific app purchase in question.
  8. You'll now be routed out of iTunes and to iTunes Support on the web. Simply sign in to your Apple ID that you use for iTunes purchases one more time.
  9. Here you'll see another detailed list of apps that you've recently purchased within the past 90 days. Click on Report a Problem one more time next to the app you're trying to get a refund for.
  10. From the dropdown, select the reason you'd like a refund. There are several options from you not authorizing the purchase to accident purchases. Put any other pertinent information into the text box and hit Submit.
I didn’t get the gems/coins I bought!

If you’re an Android user, we may be able to get you a refund, and if you use cloud save we might be able to give you your well-deserved gems/coins in game!
I’m afraid if you are an iOS, Amazon, or Windows user we won’t be able to give you a refund. However, we might be able to help by looking into your save file if you use cloud saving.
It would help us out a lot if you could provide your cloud save ID when you send over your request to our support team. To find your cloud save ID, press on the small 'cog' on the start up screen. Then select the 'SUPPORT' tab. At the bottom of the screen you will see your 'FGOL ID'.
