Has my order shipped?
Once your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address used during checkout. 
Alternatively, you can look up your order and see its shipping status by logging in on the Ubisoft Store website.
  

How do I get my tracking number?

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order is for a pre-order item that will be released within the next 15 days, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Otherwise, open a support case with us and we can update your shipping address. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to us, and once this happens we can process a refund or reship (if stock permits). 


Can I change my shipping method?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping method after you submitted your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent for fulfilment when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.


How will you know where and how to send my physical product?
If you order a physical product, a Shipping Information page will appear during checkout, so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.


How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Detailed information about the shipping methods we offer, and what their delivery time frames are can be viewed during checkout.
