Changing Your Ubisoft Account Email Address

I would like to change the email address on my Ubisoft Account. How do I do that? 

RESPONSE:


If you would like to change the email address that is currently associated to your Ubisoft Account, simply visit the Account Management Website.

Once logged in, navigate to Account Information > Personal Information.

Click the Edit button. You will then see the option to change your email address. Click on the button Change Email. You will then be sent an automated email to the address currently on your account. Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to a website. Follow the steps on the screen to complete the change. 

If you have no longer access to the email associated with your Ubisoft account please reach out to us and attach the following information:
 
The new email address you would like to use for your account. Please be advised, that this email can't be already associated with another Ubisoft account.
 
Proof of account ownership
 
This can come in form of a valid proof of purchase from one of our approved retailers or, if you are unable to provide one, an image of being signed in to the console account associated with your Ubisoft account (Sony Playstation Account, Microsoft Xbox Live Account or Nintendo Switch).
