For how long is the watch covered?
The Agent Watch is covered for a full year from purchase where stock allows.
 
What is covered under the warranty?
We cover any defects, but no accidental or water damage. Please read the manual that came with the watch for more information.

How do I report a defective watch?
First, you will need to gather the following information:
 
          - Exact description of the issue with the watch
          - Video link of the issue (You can upload a video to YouTube or any other site of your preference)
          - Image of the proof of purchase (receipt)
          - Your Name and Postage details
 
Once you have all of the information above, our Support Team should be able to provide you with further assistance.
Please make sure to add all of the information you have gathered to the support case.

What happens after the report is sent to the Support Team?
The support team will investigate the defect and update your case with further steps, or more information.

Does Ubisoft cover the Shipping costs if I have to send the watch for repair/replacement?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the Shipping costs if you have to send us the watch. However, we will cover our shipping costs when sending you the repaired/replaced watch.
