We have dedicated teams who are continually working to improve the security of your account.

But there are also some easy steps you can take on your side, to help ensure your account security:

 
First and foremost: never share your Ubisoft login details, whether it is with a friend or a third-party website (to buy in-game currency for instance).
Not only is this against our Terms of Use, this information is yours and yours alone, so keep it safe.
 
 
Make sure you have activated 2-Step Verification: this is a great added layer of security that will ask you to provide a unique code received via an an authenticator app for your smartphone or via e-mail.
This means that, should someone ever manage to get hold of your account information and try to access your account with it, they will be asked for this code as well and without access to your verification method, they won't be able to receive the code.

2-Step verification is an optional system but we highly recommend enabling this option.


Always keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
We also recommend you avoid common passwords (p4ssw0rd, 123456, Pass123...) or use part of your username in it.
Instead, make sure to use at least 8 characters and a good mix of capital and lowercase letters, as well as numbers, and avoid using the same password across multiple services.
Regularly updating your password is another way you can help ensure the security of your account.
