If you have redeemed your Signature/Deluxe edition content the headgear will automatically unlock. Follow the steps below for accessing the content:
1. Select Multiplayer from the main menu
2. Select Characters from the Multiplayer menu
3. Choose the character you wish to customise and press Select
4. Scroll left/right and select Appearance
5. Press Select for Heads
6. Finally, press Select for Headgear
You can now scroll through the available headgears, they will vary depending on your faction and character class.
