Why does the copy of Assassins Creed have a PEGI 16 rating printed on the disc label?

Due to an error in production the incorrect PEGI 16 rating was printed on the disc. The Trading Standards organisation have been informed of this mistake.

The correct rating of this game is BBFC 15 as printed on the box.
