Where can I purchase in-app currency?
You can tap the "+" sign next to the Helix Credits icon at the top right corner of the screen (not available during missions). Alternatively, tap the SHOP icon of the menu at the bottom of the screen (not available during missions). Then, tap on the HELIX CREDITS tab.


I made a purchase and haven't received it yet
Contact Support by tapping on the MORE icon at the bottom left of your screen (not available during missions) and select Options > Support > Customer Support.


I was overcharged for my purchase!
Contact Support by tapping on the MORE icon at the bottom left of your screen (not available during missions) and select Options > Support > Customer Support.


I received the error message "The item you requested is not available for purchase".
Restart the device and try again at a later time if you are still encountering the error.


I want to make a purchase, but it's not working
Please try the following:
1) Check your connection.
2) Close and re-open the app
3) Close and re-start your device
If the above did not work, contact Support by tapping on the MORE icon at the bottom left of your screen (not available during missions) and select Options > Support > Customer Support.

In order to get a refund, you'll need to contact Apple Customer Support.
