If you have pre-ordered a physical copy of The Division 2, you will also receive a pre-order code. Please confirm with your retailer when you will receive the code.
Your pre-order code can be redeemed on the Unlock Your Content page of The Division 2 website.
This code is only valid until March 20th, 2020.
Once you redeem your code, you will receive an email to your Ubisoft account email address. This will include the key that allows you to get access to your content.
If you have successfully redeemed the key, you will get access to the Capitol Defender Pack and the Private Beta.
Please note that only pre-orders placed before 7th February 2019 are eligible for Private Beta access. The Private Beta is now over.
Some retailers will also provide another code to unlock the Tommy the Teddy Bear in-game backpack companion.
