Ubisoft+
Multiple charges for your Ubisoft+ subscription
When subscribed to Ubisoft+ from the Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Connect PC, you can manage your subscription on the My Subscription page. For subscriptions made on from other platform stores, you can manage your subscription directly on the platform. Ubisoft+ only charges you once a month for your monthly subscription, but you may see multiple charges on your account. This means that we have placed a temporary hold on funds from your payment method. We may do this: To verify your payment method Before we take your monthly subscription fee, we place a temporary hold on your payment method for a fee of a similar amount as your monthly subscription price. We do not take the funds. We cancel the temporary hold daily, though it can take longer for your payment provider to release the funds back to you. This is to make sure that your payment method details are valid and that it has not been reported lost or stolen. This is an important step to protect our players. If your original payment failed Should your original monthly payment fail for any reason (such as insufficient funds in your account) we will automatically attempt to take the payment again over the course of a week. This will appear as a temporary hold on your account. We cancel the temporary hold daily and will only take one payment for your Ubisoft+ subscription. However, you may still see the previous unsuccessful payments on your account. Please note that your Ubisoft+ subscription may be suspended if we are unable to take your monthly fee. If you change payment methods while your subscription is active When you change your payment method, it will take effect immediately. No further payment will be taken from your old payment method. However, you may see a temporary hold of £1.00 on your account for your new payment method. This is to ensure your new payment method is valid. We cancel the temporary hold daily to refund this to you, though it can take longer for your payment provider to release the funds back to you. Your payment provider will be able to give you more information about their temporary hold policy.
