Submitting save files for investigation

How can I submit my save files for further investigation?

ANSWER:


Occasionally, we may ask you to submit your save files to help us look into an issue.

It is important that the correct files are forwarded to the development team.

Please find the details below:

Uplay PC Steam
Each save will have a separate file:
- 2.save
3.save
- 4.save, etc.
Please note that "1.save" only contains settings and does not need to be submitted.

Playstation 4
The save should contain two files:
Autosave# and Autosave#.bin
or
ManualSave# and ManualSave#.bin

You can find the default save locations in the following article.

To be able to attach the files to your support request, you will have to compress them to a *.zip file.
