If your problem is caused by your hardware or by a specific software, we recommend that you contact the relevant manufacturer directly.
Check if your system meets the specifications required for the game
The easiest way to do this is to search our support site for the game's system requirements and to compare them to your system's specifications. If your system does not meet the requirements, this will most likely be the cause for any performance issues, black screens or crashes on launch that you may be experiencing.

Update your video card drivers
If your issue is related to graphics performance, try updating your video card drivers. You can download the newest driver from the manufacturer's website:

Update Uplay PC
To do that, uninstall Uplay and download the newest version of Uplay from the official website.
Reinstall supporting software
