Once your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address used during checkout. 
Alternatively, you can click HERE to look up your order and see the shipping status.   
  

HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 
If it is a pre-purchase, you may request to have your address updated up to 15 days before the official release of the item in question. If you need to update your address, please open a support case with us, HERE, and we can update your shipping address.

If not a pre-purchase or you are past the cutoff, please reach out to the courier handling your order to have your order re-routed or held at a convenient location.
If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to us, and once this happens we can process a refund or reship (if stock permits).

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping method after you submitted your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent for fulfillment when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.


HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHERE AND HOW TO SEND MY PHYSICAL PRODUCT? 
If you order a physical product, a Shipping Information page will appear during checkout, so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.


HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
