Successful logins from unrecognized locations on my account

QUESTION:

My login history shows several successful connections from countries other than where I am located, even though I believe my account is secure. Does this mean Ubisoft shares my credentials or provides access to third parties?

Absolutely not.

Ubisoft never shares your login credentials nor provides access to any third parties.

You can see all the successful and unsuccessful login attempts on the Account Management website in the Security Settings tab.

If you see successful connections made on your account that were not from you, it means someone has logged in using your login credentials.

We recommend that you change your password immediately and activate 2-Step Verification to secure your account.
