How can I take part in the competition?
Before registering for the competition, please be aware that you will have to be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and have access to or to own the game in order to participate. Additionally, make sure that your Nintendo Account is linked to your Switch profile.

To register for the contest, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the official competition website
2. On this page, you will be prompted to log into the website with your Ubisoft Account, if you have not already done so. Please make sure you log in with the account you want to play the game with. 
3. Click on Confirm Registration.  
4. Your registration is now validated!
5. A confirmation email containing a Unique Challenger's nickname will be sent to the address associated with your account.
6. Then, replace your current nickname with the one you just received.
7. Make sure that your Nintendo Switch is connected to the Internet.
8. Launch your game or reboot the game if it is already launched.
9. Complete the first challenge online having your new nickname. 
10. Keep the nickname at least 48h after completing the challenge. Then, you're free to switch back to your previous nickname.

To confirm your participation in the competition, we need every competitor to use a unique challenger’s nickname provided in the registration email. This way we can ensure that the completion of the challenges has been registered. Also, please make sure that your console is correctly connected to a network while you're launching your game. This condition is mandatory if you want your progress tracked.

How can I change my nickname? 
You're able to change your nickname directly from your Switch. To do so:
- Head to the Home menu and tap on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select User Settings.
- Then, select Nickname on the right.
- Change your nickname with the one provided in the email.


I didn't receive my nickname after registering on the website, what should I do?
You may want to check for any sorting rules you have set up with your email Inbox. Please also be sure to check the Spam/Promotional folder. 

If you are still unable to locate this piece of information, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. 


How long should I keep my nickname for?
In order to track the progress made on your account, we recommend to keep the nickname provided for at least 48 hours. As previously stated, make sure that your console is connected to the Internet when launching your game and after your nickname has been changed.


How can I complete a challenge?
Our Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle team will provide instructions by email once you have registered to the competition. These instructions will include some requirements you will have to follow in order to complete the challenges. Alternatively, you can find more information about them on our official website HERE.

To access the challenges, make sure that your game is up-to-date and head to the Washing Machine in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. 


Until when can I complete a challenge?
You will have to complete all challenges before the end of the ongoing season. More information is available on this webpage HERE.

What is the reward?
Selected winners will be invited to the Ubisoft Montreuil Studio and to the Milan Studio (for the last season) where they will participate in a PvP Tournament. Finalists will also receive a pack of goodies!

The grand winners will have the opportunity to go to a major gaming event to showcase their skills!

How are winners selected?
Each season we will draw four winners from all the competitors. The more challenges you complete through the season, the more chances you have to be selected at the end! 


How will I know I have been selected as a winner? When and how will I be contacted?
You will receive an email within five (5) business days following the end of each Season notifying you that you have won, as well as further information to help you continue your adventure. The grand winner will also be displayed on the official website HERE.


How do I update my Switch or my game?
To download the latest system software update for your console, connect your console to the Internet. Once your console is connected, your console should automatically download the system update.

My switch has gone into sleep mode while I was completing a challenge or before launching the fight, what should I do? 
You need to reboot the game to be sure your participation is validated, make sure to avoid sleep mode while completing the community challenges.
