Can I play without an Internet connection?
Yes! You will be able to play without an Internet connection, but some features might not be available such as "share your picture", the leaderboards, quests and tournaments or cloud save.

Can I transfer my data between different devices?
Yes you can! Just make sure you use the same Facebook account on both devices and Cloud Saving will do the rest! 
-If you have already played on two different devices, before you attempt to transfer progress between them, first make sure that it is the device with the most progress that is synced to your Facebook account.

Why isn't my device compatible?
There are tons of devices around the world and we are doing our best to make the game playable on as many of them as possible. However, each one operates differently so it's not possible for us to support all of them. Sorry about that!

How do I use cloud Save?
1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
2. Ensure you have the latest version of the game.
3. On the first screen (the one with the "PLAY" button) tap the cog in the top left corner of the screen. This will bring up the OPTIONS screen. Now select the SAVE tab and then tap the Facebook button.
4. You will then be asked to link Hungry Dragon to your Facebook Account.
5. Once you have linked Hungry Dragon to your Facebook account cloud save will be activated.
6. If Cloud Save has been successfully activated a cloud with a green tick will appear on the top left of the first screen. 
**If you are in China, this process will be exactly the same but using Weibo instead of Facebook.

How can I contact you if I need help with the game?
You just need to tap the options button in the top left corner of the screen and select the support tab. You will see different ways to contact us depending on if you want to give us feedback or if you need help.

How do I switch Tilt controls on?
It's easy! Tap the settings button in the top left corner of any screen before starting the run. Then go to options and tap the ON/OFF option to activate or deactivate tilt controls. There you go! 
-You can also decide to use them or not in the middle of a run, if that's the case don't worry, just pause the game, select options, and tap the ON/OFF option to activate or deactivate them.

When I use tilt controls, my dragon doesn't go where I want it to go…
It's possible that your device is not well calibrated, something that's really important if you want to play smoothly.
You can calibrate your device while playing, just pause the game,  select options and tap calibrate - a pop up will appear with more instructions.

How can I switch off the sound?
If you haven't started the run yet, you just need to tap the settings button in the top left corner of the screen, select options, and tap the ON/OFF option to activate or deactivate the sound. If you are already playing, you will need to pause the game, then select the options and tap the ON/OFF option to activate or deactivate it.

Is there a way to switch off the blood?
Yes, there is! You just need to tap the settings button in the top left of the screen, select options, and tap ON/OFF in the blood section.

Why can't I see AR mode in my device?
As the AR technology we are using is still extremely new, there are many mobile manufacturers that have yet to implement support for this within their devices. Unfortunately, if the AR option doesn't seem to be available in your game, chances are that your device brand does not yet support this technology. Keep an eye on official updates to your device software and keep checking!

All of my progress is gone and I don't know why!
Try following these steps:
-Turn wi-fi settings to off
-Turn off your device
-Turn on your device 
-Load up Hungry Dragon

-Then try this exact method with your wi-fi settings turned on. Does that load up different save states?
