For Honor Sanctions: Warnings, Suspensions, and Bans

QUESTION:

I received a notification from The For Honor Team informing me that my Ubisoft account was warned/banned/suspended for a specific platform. What does that mean? ​

ANSWER:


We are committed to providing the best possible experience for all of our players. Our Code of Conduct lays down rules to keep the game fair and make it a fun and safe environment for everyone.

We actively monitor in-game activity and reserve the right to sanction any account that demonstrably breached the Code of Conduct. 


Some examples of breaches are: 
- Cheating (hacking, exploits, bots...)
- Misconduct (scamming, account trading, false reports...)
- Harassment
- Staff impersonation
- Offensive user generated content (emblems)
- Inappropriate usernames
- Advertising


Bear in mind that you are responsible for any action on your account.

Depending on the severity of the breach, we can apply different degrees of sanctions:
- Warnings
- Suspensions (ranging between 3 and 10 days)
- Permanent bans


Players who receive a sanction will be notified by email and not be able to access the game for the duration of the sanction (suspensions and bans).

Please be aware that we will not be able to disclose any details of our investigation into the violation at any stage. Sanctions will only be applied if there is sufficient evidence.
