I have some questions about downloads and activation for products I've purchased in the Uplay Shop.

How do I download my purchase? 
To play your game you need to install the Uplay Client for PC on your computer, available HERE
Once installed, log into the application using the same Uplay account you've used for this purchase.
Your game will be located within the Uplay PC application's GAMES list upon completion of purchase. 

Note: Preordered purchases will only be visible when a preload option is available.

How do I get a physical version of my downloaded product? 
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange a downloaded product for a physical version of the same product.


How do I get my Serial Number or Unlock Code? 
If your product requires a serial number or unlock code, you can usually find it in the Order Confirmation email that was sent to you when you submitted the order. If you do not have your Order Confirmation email, you can get your serial number or unlock code by looking up your order. Additionally, select titles will display an option to view your activation key and this option may be found under the play button after selecting the game.

Note: Once a PC game has been registered to your Uplay account, there is no need to ever enter your key again. You will always have access to it through the Uplay Client for PC. If access to the account has been lost, please contact the Ubisoft Support team


What do I do if my Serial Number or Unlock Code is not working? 
First, make sure you have the correct serial number or unlock code. You can get your serial number or unlock code from the Order Confirmation email that was sent when the order was submitted, or by looking up your order.
Second, please note that serial numbers, registration numbers, unlock codes, and passwords are case-sensitive. Enter your key in all CAPS including the dashes (-)

How do I access DLC that I have purchased?
Once DLC is purchased, log into the application using the same Uplay account you've used for this purchase.  To access your DLC, click on the game in the Uplay PC GAMES list.  Select the DLC option from the list to locate the download option.  Once is this is completed, the content will be available in your game.
