What is my order status?
You can view your order status at the My Orders page.


What payment methods can I use? 
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies. We also accept PayPal®. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your payment information will be kept safe and secure.

Please note, we do not accept PayPal Credit® at this time.

Can I order without a Credit Card?
Yes. In addition to credit cards, we also accept PayPal®.


Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.


How do I get a copy of my invoice?
You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order Information page.

How do I start a new order?
Because our site uses cookies, you may see some items in your cart that you no longer want. Click on the shopping cart icon to visit your shopping cart. While viewing your cart, you can click the X below the quantity for any item you wish to remove from your cart.


Can I use Uplay units to buy items in the store?
While you cannot buy Ubisoft Store items exclusively with Uplay units, you can use your units to obtain a 20% off coupon to use on your next store purchase. To receive the coupon, visit the Ubisoft Club and press the Get 20% for 100 Units button to display your coupon code. Additionally, a copy of your coupon code will be sent to your email address for safe keeping. 

*Please note that promotional codes cannot be applied to pre-orders/pre-purchases, in-game currency, newly released titles (for the first three months), or items under the clearance category.


How do I apply a promotional code?
You can activate your promo-code by following these 3 easy steps:

1. Choose the game you would like to buy (or you are entitled to buy by the terms and conditions of the promotion).
2. Proceed to the cart, and click add promo code. Type your promo-code in the empty field, and click on the Apply button. 
3. Click on the Checkout button, and enjoy your game.

*Ensure you have the correct promotional code and have entered it exactly as it appears. Promotional codes are case sensitive and can be only used once. Please also ensure that your browser is set to accept cookies.


Will pre-ordered games be added automatically to my account?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after your purchase has been completed. On the release date of the game, a game tile will appear on your games page allowing you to begin the download process.


Is the game available offline?
Once purchased, the game is available on your game page every time you log in to the Uplay client. In most cases, it is not necessary to have an Internet connection once the game has been downloaded (please note that some games and game modes require an Internet connection). If you log in on another computer, you will need a one time Internet connection to build your game collection on the new computer.
