Can I sign into Game Center / Google Play after playing with an anonymous account?

Yes, the game will ask you to merge your local account with your Game Center or Google Play account.

WARNING: We strongly recommend that you force close the application before signing into Game Center or Google Play. Signing into Game Center or Google Play while the game is running in the background may cause issues when merging the accounts.
  • If you choose to keep your local account, your local saved game will delete your Game Center or Google Play saved game and replace it.
  • If you choose to restore your Game Center or Google Play account, your local saved game will be deleted and your Game Center or Google Play saved game will replace it.
  • If your Game Center or Google Play account has no saved game, you will have to start over.


How can I access my Save Data on another device?

To access your Galaxy Life Save Data on another device, you just need to sign into Game Center or Google Play with the same Username. Your save data will instantly load on your new device, however you must remain signed in with the same Game Center or Google Play account to have access to your data. ​
You will not be able to transfer Save Data between Game Center and Google Play. If you switch from Android to IOS or from IOS to Android you will need to start a new game.

 
Can I access my Facebook Save Data on my Android or IOS Device?

Sadly, the save data is not inter-changeable between Facebook Android or IOS. The mobile game is completely separate from the PC Facebook version with different decorations and content that's exclusive to Android or IOS and its own unique Universe of players.
 

I encountered a bug and lost my data. What can I do?
  1. Load Galaxy Life
  2. on the Main Screen hit "Community"
  3. then hit "Customer Support".
You will find an embedded email form to contact Starling HQ. Do not edit the subject field as this has core details on your account. Without these details our specially trained Ninjas won't be able to locate your account.
Please write a detailed description of what happened Including:
  • the bug you encountered
  • what you think you've lost 
  • roughly when it happened,
  • what you did before the bug happened (steps to reproduce).
Please also write a bug report on the Forums telling us and the community exactly what happened.

Can I play without an internet connection?

The data is stored on Ubisoft's servers so that you can transfer your account to other iOS or Android devices, connect with other players, and participate in the ever changing and expanding world of Galaxy Life. Since your data is stored on the server you need to be connected in order to play.
