Suggestions to troubleshoot download issues:

1. Restart your device and try downloading and installing the app again.

2. Try the download using both Wireless and Mobile Data connection.
 
3. Please clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store app.
- Access your devices Application settings
- Select the Google Play Store app
- Touch Clear Cache and Clear Data
- Restart your device and try downloading the app again.
 
4. Unmount and remount your SD card
- Access your Storage settings.
- Select Unmount SD Card
- Once this process has completed, from the same menu select Remount SD Card

5. If you are receiving an Error Code 905 when trying to download the app, try uninstalling any updates for the Google Play Store and then install the app to your device. You can do this by completing the following steps (These steps may vary slightly depending on the device you are using):
- Go to Settings
- Go to Applications
- Select Manage Applications
- Select the all tab
- Scroll down to Google Play store
- Uninstall updates

Suggestions to improve performance when running an Android app:

1. Check that you have the latest update available for your operating system as well as the app.

- You should be able to check for software updates in your phone settings menu. Check your device handbook for further instructions.
- You can check for app updates by going to the Google Play Store and selecting the menu button > My Apps. You can check here for further assistance.

2. Switch off your device and then restart normally.

- Hold down the power button until the menu appears.
- Select Restart.

3. Disable 'Power Saving' mode if your device has this feature.

4. Close all applications in the background.
- You can do this by going to your devices Task Manager > Active (or Running) and then close down your applications.

5. Start the game at full battery or plug in your device while playing.

6. Connect to WiFi and try accessing the app again.

Please note the below steps will delete your save game files

7. Clear the data and cache of this app.

- To do this go to your devices Application settings, select your app from the list, and touch Clear Cache and Clear Data

8. Try deleting and then reinstalling the game from your device.

- Access your devices Application settings
- Select your app from the list
- Select Uninstall
- Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.
