Ubisoft Account Login Issues on Mobile Devices

QUESTION:

When I log into Uplay through my mobile device I receive and error that says Invalid Username/Password or Wrong Username/Password.

ANSWER:


iOS
Check that both your device and the app have been updated to the latest version.
You can check for a software update by going to Settings > Software Update
You can check for an app update by going to the App Store and selecting Updates. If you do not have the latest update you will be given the option to get it here.
Check that you are connected to WiFi with your mobile device.
Delete the app and then reinstall it.

Android
Check that you have the latest update available for your operating system as well as the app.
You should be able to check for software updates in your phone settings menu. Check your device handbook for further instructions.
You can check for app updates by going to the Google Play Store and selecting the menu button > My Apps. If there is an available update you will be able to access it here.
Check that you are connected to WiFi with your mobile device.
Delete the app and then reinstall it.
