CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

You can update your email from the Ubisoft Account Management Website by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Ubisoft Account.
  2. After logging in, navigate to the Account Information tab.
  3. In the Personal Information section, click the Edit button beside Contact Preferences.
  4. Press Change Email and follow the prompts to change your email.

Don't have access to the email address associated with your Ubisoft Account?
