Some retailers and online marketplaces offer digital games as “CD keys.” If you choose to purchase a “CD key” for a Ubisoft game from a disreputable or questionable retailer or online marketplace, you risk buying an invalid key or an illegally-obtained product.
Please note: Ubisoft may disable keys initially obtained or distributed by unlawful means such as those acquired fraudulently and later re-sold.
If you purchase a Ubisoft digital product and your key is disabled, please contact the company from which you purchased the key for assistance.
A list of companies who have a digital PC distribution agreement with Ubisoft is provided below. If you have any concerns regarding approved retailers, click here to contact support.
Please note: This list may not be exhaustive and may change in the future.

Please note that Ubisoft strongly recommend that you buy games from digital retailers within your country or region. If you buy a game in a different country or region, please be aware that the game could be region locked and that the product may not contain your language.
