In this article we will summarise a few things that you may find interesting to know about your Ubisoft Account. 

If you do not have an account yet, you can create one for free and see for yourself what benefits it can provide. To do that, simply visit our Account Management website. Here you will be able to create a new account or log into your existing account.

We require your date of birth as a security measure in order to positively identify you.

How can I change the email address for my Ubisoft account?
If you wish to change the email address for your account, you can now edit your own account from the Ubisoft Account Management page. To do so, please follow steps described in this article.


What are the requirements for a new password? 
When you set a new password, these are the rules you need to consider:
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and a maximum of 16 characters.
- Passwords are case sensitive. Your user name cannot appear in your password.
- Passwords may contain letters and numbers, and it must contain at least one of each.
- It may also contain underscores (_), dots (.) and dashes (-).


I forgot my password, is there a way you can send it to me?
In order to reset your password please click on this link and enter your email address, please follow the steps from the received email regarding your password reset. 


I have not received my password reset email, what can I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder in your email, it is possible this may have been flagged as Spam and therefore missed your inbox.
You can also add the following address to your safe sender list to ensure it isn’t missed - AccountSupport@ubi.com


How do I link my account to my Facebook, Xbox Live Gamertag and/or my PlayStation ID?
The first time you open an Uplay enabled game you will be prompted to enter your Ubisoft email address and password. Once done this will link your two accounts. For a step-by-step please see this article.


I have more than one Ubisoft account, can I merge the accounts?
For technical reasons, we do not currently support the ability to merge Ubisoft accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


I have more than one Ubisoft account, can you transfer a game from one account to the other - or from one platform to another ? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer that service at this time.


How do I delete my Ubisoft account?
Please remember that your Ubisoft account is completely free and we will not send you emails unless requested. Deleting your account may also result in losing access to functions of your games or access to any PC games bound to your account.
