I am encountering an error when trying to install my physical version of the game. What can I do?

When installing Anno 2205 from a physical disc, you may encounter an Unable to start download error message.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are running Uplay PC as administrator and that the client is not set to launch in Offline mode.
