ANSWER:

What is the required age to play the game?
There is no age limitation to play Hungry Shark Evolution. Hungry Shark Evolution follows Ubisoft's Privacy Policy and commitments. If you live in the European Union (EU) or in the United States of America (USA), you have to enter your age when you launch the game for the first time. To know more about the game Privacy policy, please refer to the ""What is the game Privacy Policy?"" FAQ. Depending on your age and country, you will be protected from some features of the game. These measures are taken to protect the youngest players from certain elements of the game that may be inappropriate, but also to prevent the use of their personal data.

According to Ubisoft commitments and depending on your age and country of residence, some of the following features will be removed from your version of the game: objects and effects of blood, Facebook connection (as well as related features such as Leaderboards), Cloud Save, in-game personalized advertising, data collection and connection to the App Store.

I’m afraid if you are an iOS, Amazon, or Windows user we won’t be able to give you a refund. However, we might be able to help by looking into your save file if you use Cloud saving. It would help us out a lot if you could provide your Cloud save ID when you send over your request to our support team. To find your Cloud save ID, press on the small 'cog' on the start up screen. Then select the 'options' button. On the bottom right of the screen you will see your Cloud Save ID.

To equip accessories, at the start of the game press 'Evolve' and chose the Shark you want to play with. From here you will see the in-game shop, where you can purchase and equip a varity of accessories and gadgets.
Some accessories cannot be equipped at the same time - only one accessory per slot on the shark. The slots available are fin, neck, nose, eye and head. That means you can't wear an eye patch and a monocle, for example.

How do I equip babies? What is their purpose?
Baby sharks are equipped alongside your normal playable shark. A regular baby shark can eat smaller prey or stun larger prey, dependent on the player shark. They act independently to the player shark and are controlled by AI. There are special baby sharks that also grant the player shark a buff to certain stats too. However, you can only equip one special shark at a time.
