In-game features
If you cannot log in only through an in-game feature, please check the following steps:

PC:
 
1. Install the newest version of Uplay PC.
2. Launch Uplay PC with admin rights.
3. Check if the offline mode in Uplay PC is turned on.
4. Check if any connectivity issues exist.

PS4: 

1. Unlink and relink your PSN account from your Ubisoft Account.
2. Rebuild your PS4 database.
