What can I do if my app is crashing or I am experiencing poor performance while playing?

Please try the following troubleshooting suggestions:

Please note the following steps may differ slightly depending on your device.

- Please make sure your device is updated to the latest firmware.
- You should be able to check for a software update by accessing your phone system settings.
- You may wish to consult your device handbook for further instructions.

- Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Access Google Play Store
- Press the menu button and select My Apps
- If there is an update for your app it should be listed here, tap the app to install it.

- Try restarting your device.
- Hold down the power button and select Restart

- Please disable Power Saving mode if your device has this feature.
 
- Close down any other background apps before accessing your app.
- Access your devices Task Manager
- Go the Active or Running tab
- Close down your applications from here.
 
- Please try accessing the app with a full battery.
 
- Please set the device to Airplane Mode
 

Please be aware the following two steps may remove the save file stored on your device:

- Please clear the data and cache of this app and try accessing it again.
- Access your devices Application settings
- Select your app from the list
- Touch Clear Cache and Clear Data
 
- Reinstall the app
- Access your devices Application settings
- Select your app from the list
- Touch Uninstall
- Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.
