To find out what hardware you have on your PC, open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool:
1. From Windows, click Start->Run
2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG and click OK

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will display all of the relevant hardware and software on your PC.


The most common cause for this problem is not meeting the video requirements.

Brothers in Arms requires a 32 MB Direct X 9.0c compliant video card (supported chipsets below)

ATI Radeon 8500/9000/X series
NVIDIA GeForce 4/FX/6 series (GeForce 4 MX not supported)

These chipsets are the only ones that will run this game. Laptop models of these cards not supported.
