Rocksmith supports two players that can play at the same time on one system. In order to do this, you will need two controllers, two 6-string electric guitars and two Real Tone cables.
1. At the main menu of the game, scroll to the right and select Multiplayer.
2. When you get to the Multiplayer screen, Player 1 should already be logged in and ready to go.
3. Turn on the second controller and press Start to add the second player. Follow the on screen prompts for your play style, each player can adjust their personal play style settings.
