Recovering your Growtopia account

What can I do if I have forgotten my account details?

In the event you forget your GrowID or password, we will be happy to help you recover your account!

To recover your GrowID:
• Visit GrowID Recovery.
• Enter the email address you used when creating your GrowID.
• Click Submit.
• An email containing your GrowID will be sent to the address you entered.

To recover your password:
• Visit Growtopia Password Recovery.
• Enter your GrowID and the email address you used when creating your GrowID.
• Click Submit.
• An email containing a reset password link will be sent to the address you entered.
 
If you no longer have access to the email address you used when you first created your GrowID, we may not be able to recover it fully.

In such cases, we recommend creating a new GrowID using your new email and moving your items to that account.

To help us with the transfers, please contact us, providing as many receipts of older purchases you have made on your previous account.
